Last updated October 29, 2026. What Legendary Turnovers collects, why, and who sees it.

What we collect

• Account details, if you make an account: name, email address, optional phone number, and a password (kept only as a salted hash, never in readable form).
• Booking details: property address, access details such as a door code (stored encrypted), the service you chose and the total.
• Messages you send through the contact form or the lead form.
• Job photos taken by the crew to show the work was done.
• Technical records: sign-in and sign-up events with the time and your network address, to keep accounts safe, and a simple visitor counter.

Payments

Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. We keep the Stripe session reference, the amount and the status of your order.

Cookies

We set a sign-in cookie when you log in and a security cookie that protects our forms. Neither is used for advertising.

How we use it

To carry out your booking, show you your history, answer your messages, protect accounts, and run the business. We do not sell your information.

Who else sees it

Stripe, for payments. Our hosting provider, because the site runs on its server. The crew, for the address and access details of the job they are doing.
