Last updated October 30, 2026. These are plain-language terms for using this website and booking Legendary Turnovers cleaning.

Who we are

What we provide

Turnover cleaning for short-term rentals, in three kinds: standard turnover, deep clean and mid-stay refresh, with optional add-ons. Each job follows a written checklist. Photo verification of every job is coming soon.

Prices and payment

The price is the total shown at checkout before you pay. It is worked out from the property size, the service, the add-ons and any rush charge, as set out on the pricing page. Sales tax is added where it applies. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you book.

Your booking

You are responsible for giving a correct property address and any access details we need to get in. Tell us as early as you can if something about a booking needs to change, using the contact form; we will tell you what is possible for that job.

Refunds and re-cleans

Cancel 24 hours or more before your job: full refund. Cancel less than 24 hours before: 50% refund. If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free.

Your account

An account is optional. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done through your account, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Photos and access details

The crew takes photos of the property during a job to show the work was done. Access details such as door codes are stored encrypted and used only to carry out your job.

Using the site

Do not try to break, overload or get into parts of the site that are not yours, and do not use it to send us anything unlawful.

Our responsibility

We will do the work described in your booking with reasonable care. If something is not right, tell us promptly through the contact form so we can put it right. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
